LOCAL SHIPPING:- Enjoy free shipping to major cities in Indonesia for a total order of IDR 500.000 and above.
- If your city is not listed on our Shipping Area drop down menu during the check out process, please contact our Customer Care Representative for shipping info.
- Shipping for order below IDR 500.000 will be calculated during the check out process.
- Our shipment is schedule from Monday to Friday. Any order on weekend or public holiday will be process on the following working day.
- Please make sure that the shipping address is correct, as we are unable to redirect orders once they are on their way to you.
- We are unable to deliver to Post Office Boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
DELIVERY TIME: We will ship your order within 24 to 48 hours after we receive payment. Estimated delivery times are to be used as a guide only and commence from the date of dispatch. We are not responsible for any delays caused by destination customs clearance processes.
SHIPPING NOTIFICATION: You will receive a “Dispatch Email” with a tracking number once your order has been dispatch from our warehouse. You can also track your order(s) from your account.
