RETURN POLICY


We hope you love your new purchased products!
For your information, all of our products go through rigorous quality control process during manufacturing. They are further subject to quality inspections before being delivered. All items are handled with care to ensure that it will get to our customer with satisfaction. However, in rare occasion, if there is any manufacturing defect in our products, we will offer you an exchange. You can contact our Customer Care Representative and we will gladly do this for you under these terms & conditions:
- The goods are returned in their original condition, have not been damaged, washed, altered or excessively worn and include the original packaging and any related accessories. We reserve the right to refuse an exchange if items are not according to its original condition.
- Please return the item complete with original shipping box and packaging materials.
- We accept your exchange item 14 days from the dispatch date. If items received after the return period, it cannot be accepted for an exchange.
- We will be responsible for all shipping cost occurs during this process. Please provide us with a legit shipping receipt in order for us to refund you the cost of posting the item back to our warehouse.
- Return is limited to 1 time exchange per order.
- Due to hygiene reasons, there will be no return or exchange on undergarment product(s).
- Exchange item(s) are subject to availability. If we do not have the same product, we will exchange it with a different item within the same price range.
We also know that buying online sometimes could risk in not getting the correct size especially for our new customers. We would also gladly give our customer an exchange should this occurrence happen with the correct size under the above terms & conditions.
